Durante cuatro d\u00edas, expertos, activistas y artistas de todo el mundo participar\u00e1n en Bilbao, Ir\u00fan y Hendaya, y los conocimientos y experiencias recogidos en las dos fases anteriores \u2014diagn\u00f3stico y socializaci\u00f3n\u2014 se situar\u00e1n en el centro del congreso. El programa completo combinar\u00e1 conferencias, mesas redondas, talleres y actividades art\u00edstico-culturales.<\/p>\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta los desaf\u00edos que plantea un congreso internacional, el equipo operativo del proyecto BIHAR ha estado trabajando desde 2025.
